KIWANO - Horned Melon

Ever tried a Horned Melon?  Its also called a Kiwano.

From our writing in Week 8 and 9, we discovered we needed to learn more about adjectives to describe a noun. Not just any adjective, but specific adjectives that activate the noun - we can see what the noun really looks like.

Fluffy adjectives - beautiful, nice, lovely, pretty - these don't enable us to see what the noun really looks like. What is pretty to one person may not be pretty to another person.

From the experience with the Kiwano, Room 22 wrote diamante poems to use specific nouns and active adjectives. These are published to the blogs. Here are the pictures of the Kiwano experience!

And today was a Mufti Day!
